I am pulling my hair out over Macro Triggers. Can anyone help? I can use my old standalone editors and everything works out fine but CCP is another story.

First I programed the MX980 and tested all codes and buttons for just two devices trying to simplify everything until I found out what I'm doing wrong. Both devices work perfect.

Then I set up the MSC400 by importing the two devices set the routing and program the smart macros. Macros work great when testing with the laptop while connected with the usb cable.

Next I click on the 980 in the house designer, click on view and make sure hot functions is checked. In the pull down box I select the MSC400 base and the Macros appear. I drag the selected Macro to the buttons I want to use and a purple T appears on the buttons.

I then download to the remote and for good measureI download to the MSC400. None of the triggers work but both devices work via RF on the correct output of the MSC400.

Please help!
