I have successfully been able to change/create icons in the CCP for the MX-980, except for the gray icons on the device pages. I cannot find where they are located in the directory and thus unable to change/create new ones. Does anyone know where they can be found?
I was able to find the all the other icons in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Universal Remote Control, Inc\Complete Control Program\MX-980\Images\Relax

I think you need to export the device icons. Try exporting them out of the URC software.
