I cannot get the MX450 archiver to let me upload anything from my MX450 remote. It will let me update IR and firmware to the remote, but on upload wiil lock up and say upload failed every time. Any Ideas?

So the first thing you did was upload the firmware update, correct?

yep. And I've tried a different computer too.
