Hi there,

Thinking of getting a MX-810.

However, as I am in the UK and would need to get one shipped over I was wondering if anyone who has one would be able to let me know what the charger plug looks like ?

Is it 110-240V ? ie. a worldwide charger ?

Is it a wallwart type charger ? Are the plug pins interchangable ? ie. are there UK pins available ?

Thanks,
Roy.

The charger is a US wallwart-style, but others here have mentioned that the battery type is similar to that used in some popular digital cameras, so you could probably get away with charging it in one of those instead.

Just took a look at mine - it handles 110-240V and 50/60Hz A/C, so you should be able to just use a pin adapter with it plug it straight in. Try any electronic store or one of the many rip-off merchants in your local airport who stock US->UK adapters.

Thanks ! That's exactly what I needed to know. I'll just get a cheap pin adaptor from the local RadioShack then.
