Hello everyone

I have an issue and need some advice - i tried a search but nothing i could find.

I recently updated my mx3000 editor software to 1.30 , and aded a URC lamp dimmer , everything was working fine.

I did some tweaking today as well as adding some macros/graphics etc on my base file before i ran it through DMX3000 - the dmx updates fine - when i try to open the rcc file in the mx editor thru the dmx program - i get a message that says mx3000n editor stopped working. windows gathering info . I am unable to open that file.

I have uninstalled the editor , tried the old version 1.20 and re- installed the 1.30 version and nothing seems to work

I am pretty sure i saw this message in the last couple of days but after shutting the editor down and re-starting reolved the problem

I am going to call URC - but was looking for some advice

i did download the base file without dmx3000 added and it DL fine - all the changes are working fine, of course no dmx3000 functions

something with dmx? windows issue ? corrupted file someplace that needs to be removed. I made an extra copy of the rcc file 1.1 as second ( 1.2) version , have problem with with both but maybe can open up one of the files.
