Can you punch thru a press and hold macro? I have my lighting controls under the skipback and skip fwd buttons, and under the ext button. I ws thinking if I made that press and hold on the "watch" page then punched thru to other components. I have 10 components and this is very time consumming. Thanks

Hey CB1 just tried right now and it did'nt work for me. Also in order to punch through the skip buttons, you have to punch through all the play, stop, etc... commands. Im not 100% sure but that would probably override any commands already assigned in your device pages. All that being said copy and paste worked fine (at least in the editor, don't have a 980 to test functionality). Hope this helps.

Which model? I don't see skip+ or exit on the "punch from" list in the punchthru window for the 850 through 980 so I don't think so.
Supposedly you can alias, but I am not able get my import macro to work on my 980 for some reason right now. Paste action seems to be the only thing working right now. I contacted tech support about it and they just told me to copy and paste.

980/ Andrew, So you copy and pasted a single command or macro on a indivdule button? I have neer done that, never even thought about it. I do use import macro all the time, mainly for my sytem off button. Thanks

CB1 you can copy and paste a single command or a macro. Like I said I'm just testing in the editor, but it does show the whole macro in the pasted button. Freddy under the punch through menu there is an option for Play, Stop... In the 980 and 850 editors, not sure which other editors have that option. I know for sure that in the 980 editor it will punch through the skip commands, but I doubt the 850 editor does since it does'nt even have skip hard buttons.
