Hi.

I have having issues with my mx-3000 working with RF.

I have an RF MFR-350, RXF-250 connected to my theater equipment in the back.

They are both set to the same Chanel number #1.

However, half the time the RF does not work. Then it will sporadically work once in a while.

Can anyone tell me if there are any fixes or a list of things to try to get the RF more stable?

Thanks for your help.

Did you initially set up the MRF350/RFX250 in ID 0 to check for interference?

Hi.

How to I check for interference?

I initially had it set to ID 0 for a while. Both on the back of the MRF-350 unit and in the MX-3000 remote.

The unit is very sporadic when it works. I would say that it does not work about maybe 60-70% of the time.

I have moved the RFX250 away from my equipment. I am not sure what else if left to try. Please let me know if you have any advice on making this setup more stable.

Thanks for your help.

You need to do a complete setup for the MRF350. Set it to ID0 on the MRF350, move the RFX250 around until you see no status light flashing for at least a good minute, switch the ID back to a valid setting other than 0 on the MRF350, change the ID in the software to the ID# on the MRF350.
