I did a search and didn't see this problem before, sorry if it is old news. We have an MX980 and MSC400 on a audio control stack (savoy,m2e and diva) and we get a faint clicking noise over the speakers. These are all plugged into a richard gray 600 RM Pro power conditioner. Moving the remote antenna seems to make no difference. We found changing where the msc 400 was plugged in for ac could reduce it. We even tried plugging the MSC400 into the wall and not the conditioner. It is really faint but the customer hears it. Has anyone else had troubles this way?
I have not physically pulled out the MSC400 from the rack to see if it is radiated this noise yet this will be my next step and maybe put it into a different ac circuit. Any help from you guys would be appreciated.

let me guess, it only happens when your sending triggers but not when you are sending commands from the remote?

if so, ground plug adapter worked for me

If I am playing my guitar through my amp I hear the same thing through
my headphones or amp and not the audio speakers.

Is there anything near the amp that might cause a bleed through

Power supply, Light dimmer?
