I recently programmed, and loaded a MX900. I unplugged the remote and tested. I plugged it back into my laptop to make some changes and it will no longer link. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so is there a way to reset or reboot the remote to get it to link w/ my laptop? I'm tryiong to avoid replacing the remote. I've programmed several 900's since then using the same cable and they work, so my program and cable are good.

Have you tried using different usb ports? Sometimes during programming I have to change the wire to another port or it will not connect.

I did not try that, but I have programmed other remotes using the same usb port I always use and they worked fine. I have noticed the newer 900's have a much tighter plug(on the remote) so you have to pull hard to get it to unplug. I think that may have loosened the internal connections in the remote
