On & Off is in the URC database for Pioneer receivers. I'm not familiar with the file type for the 700 but if you could use a "mxf" file there are sevearl at pioneercustom.com I'll post one for the VSX-01TX there in a couple of days. It has the same functions plus THX which the 1018 does not have.
Thanks NSP01. The MX-700 uses either mxf or mxd files. I looked at that site and didn't see anything I could use. I will keep an eye out for your file.
