I've been reading through the MX-6000 specs, and the way it streams music isn't quite clear to me.
I have my music stored on a NAS that shows up as a standard network drive.
My Sonos system can do it just from the network drive alone. I point it to the right directory, it catalogs the files, and all is well.
I also have an Airport Express connected to the Sonos line-in input, so I can stream music through the system using iTunes to control it from a laptop.
Can the MX-6000 stream this music directly without the laptop? In other words, can I play music through it without a PC attached?
Would I need the PSX-1 server as well?
