I just got a new Samsung BD-P1500 blue ray player last month and had it working on the BD-P1400 codes, well i started getting these weird codes that would stay on the screen after I hit the off button. you would have to go to listen orwatch to get them off. I had time today and went in and did the update and found URC had added the 1500 well I saved it downloaded to the remote and nothing! will not work the BD player at all now, everything else works like it did. I tried going back to the 1400 and still nothing. any thoughts?? i also noticed URC did a code database update today , is that maybe the problem??

I suspect that the BP-P1500 codes are wrong as I'm having same issues with the MX-980 and the BD-P1500. My IR Db is 1.86 - just tried to see if there is an update and there was not.

Lets hope someone from URC will look into the issue.
