Hi
Any advice most welcome.
I used an MX500 for a while, and liked it so much I bought and MX800.
Generally things are great with the MX800, but using one device (Toshiba RD32 HDD/DVD recorder) I have a problem. When navigating menus etc with the MX800 I have missed cursor presses, or a single cursor press causes two or three moves. This did not happen with the MX500, I wondered if there was a different default setting between the two remotes ?
Many thanks
KDP

One thing that you could try is learning the cursor directions from the original remote. I had the same thing happen with an older DVD player, that was also a Toshiba, and that did the trick
