I just started programming my MX-880. I was able to figure out how to program macros for the devices. I can "watch Directv" with one click of the buttons on the watch page. However, I can't seem to figure out how to program my Favorites pages to go to specific channels (I have some of the stock logos). I saw on line where a mx-900 had a option to input what provider and then the channel to go to in the mx-900 editor. However, I can't find the same options in the mx-880's editor. Can someone please help me figure how to program the NBC, CBS, ABC, etc buttons?
Thanks for the help in advance!

well with a 980 and my last UR, you have to create a macro for each soft button on your favourites pages that consists of the number sequence of the channel you want.

StealthX, can you explain what you mean by number sequence of the channel you want? I tried to create a macro and press the channel number, but I don't see where the macro command to go to that channel comes from in the software editor. Do you know if there are unwritten commands I can type in to the properties window? Can you show me an example of one of your macros?

i may be underthinking this (i usually am), but you simply add the numbers one at a time. heres an example of a favourite channel macro -
if you want to go to channel 625 on your Cable Box...
Cable Box command 6 Cable Box command 2 Cable Box command 5
heres an example of my "System On" macro -
TV Power On AVR Power On Satellite PVR Power On TV Input 5 AVR Input 3 Jump to Main PVR Activity Page
this would turn on my main devices and change the inputs so i am watching my satellite PVR. i would ASSUME you program the favourite channel macros on the 880 like any other, you have to add the commands one at a time into your command window.

You have to create a mini-macro for each favorite button just like you would do with an activity macro on the main "Watch" or "Listen" pages.
