Anyone know why a client would get this type of error upon loading a configuration file:
not enough executable memory space, need size 37706, executable size 36204KB. Config file is about 5MB and is not our of normal standards... I have to go there in the morning but I thought someone might be able to shed some light. Tried to sync multiple times with same error.
Thanks, Jimmy

Probably too late, but it looks like the file is too big. When it is put on the remote it isn't nearly as small as it is on the PC. Look for duplicated or unused images that can be removed. Been awhile since I last posted (no new equipment until lately and not an installer) but sometimes the file management of the Pronto and MX editors miss something when checking for redundant elements.
On a side note, if the gentlemen that runs Proremotes reads this..any word on when the MX-6000 will be on your business page?

Did he try a reset of the 3000 back to factory defaults? I've had an upload hang, trying any subsequent reloads will cause a not enough space message. A factory reset will clear the memory.
