Recently purchased an MX-810 and MRF-260. After a few problems with the downloaded software, I finally got it programmed and it now controls all the devices but only by IR, I can't get the RF to work. Since we just spent a bundle on our entertainment center and all the components are inside the cabinet, I really need to get this working! Anyone have any helpful hints on this? I've tried changing the RF Channel ID and still no success. How do I get them in sync? HELPPPP!!!

Set both the remote and the mrf-260 to address 0. Make sure in the 810 wizard that you have selected ir/rf for the components in the cabinet. Make sure the receivers have the correct id setting.
After this hit a button on the remote. Is the base unit led indicator lighting up? Check to see if the ir emitter is also blinking?
If both are lighting up check to see if the emitter is in the right location for the equipment. Move it around if you don't know where the ir receiver window is for the equipment.
Often this can be the problem. You may have to adjust the ir emitter strength with that is on the top of the mrf-260.
After you have fixed your problem then change the remote and the mrf-260 to a different id to prevent later interference with similar remotes.
Hope this helps,
