When I connect the MX-900 to the USB port on my laptop, I get a "USB Device Not Recognized" message. Can anyone provide me with information on getting this connection to work?

I've had that happen. You may need to pull the batteries, then re-install them. I have also sometimes had to restart the Editor.

I tried to remove and re-install the batteries and re-start the MX-900 Editor software. No luck.

I sometimes have to unplug the cable from my computer and put it in another USB port. This happens randomly during programming. It's weird and a bit annoying, but I have never had a problem getting the remote updated in the end.

Everyone that replyed - Thank you. I tried four different computers and could not figure out why it would not recognize the MX-900. On a whim, I went out and bought a new USB cable. That worked! Go figure, the USB cable that came with the remote was defective.
