My MX-850 is not even a year old and it keeps freezing up. I have tried taking out the batteries which has helped a few times and now it does not work. i also tried unplugging the RF base unit and plugging it back in. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a software update that might help?
Thanks for any help Vid53

So when it freezes you can't change pages or devices or anything? That would indicate a possible remote problem. If the remote continues to "work" but no commands get through, then it could be a basestation issue.

Freezing is good for the batteries, but not the remote.
:) Are the batteries standard or some high voltage "Ultra" batteries? You want standard ones. Redownload your profile, firmware up to date and make sure your base station is not on 0.
