Don't know if anybody has ever delt with this prob before but after doing everying I had to do to get my vista loaded computer to work on my MX980 I went back to make some changes on my MX810 and the software would NOT recognize my MX810. After an hr or so of trying different things I threw in the towel and called URC. After doing all the normal troubleshooting things the tech told me that sometimes programs get corrupt and to reload the MX810 software. Well after doing so, now the software works great again. Don't know if this is something normal but thought I'd throw it out there to hopefully save someone some time of cursing and throwing remotes thru windows.
