I am having problems trying to get the dimmer switch to learn the RF signal from the remote. I follow the instruction for the dimmer switch and press and hold the switch for 8 secs. When the LED lights travel up and down I press and hold the "on" button on the MX880, but I receive no feed back from the dimmer switch. What am I doing wrong?

You are still pressing and holding the switch while pressing the ON from the lighting page, correct? Sure you have matching frequency devices? i.e. not mixing 418 with 433? You have set the device in programming and assigned an address, setup device as RF in programming and learned to the remote?

I've got the same problem with my MX-450. Tried all the different types in the light section and none of them work.

I had the same problem with the MX-810. I was able to fix it which I detailed in this post. [Link: remotecentral.com]
