I need to reprogram a MX-3000 remote that I did for a customer a couple of years ago. When I tried to upload the program from the remote the password I couldn't find the right password, which it is weird since I had used the same password for quite a few years now. I still have the file in my laptop for that remote, but I still need the password to open it and do the changes. Do you guys Know if URC has a way to extract the password if I send the file to them? And before you ask; yes, I'm sure that nobody else played with the remote after me. This is one of my best customers and it is weird the month that I'm not in one of his properties doing some work.

I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

Thanks a lot. It worked like a charm. I don't know but that password doesn't means anything to me so I don't know from where came from?
