I am interfacing with a Lutron system that I am not too familiar with. Does anyone have any tips on RS-232 protocol and some examples? Maybe an MSC file with a few codes written already? I am familiar with writing serial strings in the MSC but nothing is working with the strings I am currently sending. I am lost. Anything will help. Thanks!!!!

Are you a Homeworks installer? Post a screenshot of your addressing properties within Illumination.

you will need a link report. You will have to get this from the person that installed the HW processor. Also, you will need to get the protocol from them too. It is standard Lutron RS232 stuff....pretty basic. This was also just discussed in the URC Control Room (URC Dealer Site)
