Just got my MX-3000 last night... I was able to program it... That part was pretty easy... The problem I am finding, however, is that the connection between the MX-3000 and my computer continously goes down... I am not sure if it is the wire or the active synch software.... Any thoughts?

If you can't be good, be good at it. |

Are you getting an error message when it looses its connection? My initial thought is to uninstall the Editor from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Once it has been uninstalled, then you can reinstall it. Thank you, Damon DG = = = = = http://www.ProRemotes.com - Authorized Dealer & Remote Programming Services

Also, delete the actual folder in Program Files before reinstalling.
