Besides on and off, what are all the 'other' commands you get with the IR4PS3 that you don't get with the Nyko?

All of the DVD/BD specific commands. Audio, Subtitle, numbers, colored keys, eject, and so forth.

Does the IR4PS3 come with the codes for downloading into the TX_1000? If not, can someone send me please the files for importing into the editor software? I just ordered the device and it should be here in about a week. Thanks, DV

Look in the "Files" section here. Daniel has posted a file that you can use with the TX-1000 software.
