Does anyone know if there is an IR command to set the DSP simulation mode for a Denon AVR2808CI from within a macro? I want to set the dsp mode to "wide screen" in the macro.
The IR data base contains an IR command that can be used to change the 2808's dsp mode. Thing is the command must be repeatedly issued to change to the mode and there is no way of knowing how many times the command needs to be issued by the macro in order to set the desired dsp mode.
Also, any idea when URC may release a DB that contains IR commands fro the 2808? I programmed by MX-900 using a combination of commands from a few Denons supported in the IR DB.

You can use the codes from the AVR 3808ci. Look at the EXT codes which have the dsp direct commands that you need.
