Hello all. I recently purchased a MX-950 from Doug the theater man and (aside from annoying freeze ups every few days) the remote has worked fine for the month I've had it. All of a sudden the remote does not emit enough IR output unless I hold it one inch from the device I'm trying to control. A few notes;
1. Remote is fully charged
2. I tried re-booting the remote
3. I reset software to factory and then re-loaded my custom .mxa
Doug thinks its software related, and suggested I post here. Any Ideas? I see someone else has the same problem. Thanks in advance!
