I'm pretty sure that something has gone awry in assigning the EFCs to the keys.
Press AUX (assuming you have 31758 assigned to it)
1) Press Setup until 2 blinks
2) Enter 994 (should get 2 blinks)
3) Press Setup briefly
4) Enter 32975
5) Press Vol+
Should get 2 blinks.
I'm very sure that this will work. Also see post #5 in this thread to setup Volume Punchthrough so that the Sony volume will be activated even if you are in CBL or TV mode.
