Problem is that it is being very finiky. very intermittent. Seems like most of the time I need to press each key twice (or more) to get it to work. Increasing the duration has little or no effect.

I Have the 7500 and there is not much support for it anymore. I see that O1R might have the proper codes, but I am using PPENG, not PEP. I downloaded the .db and PEP 2.4.18. Not sure what to do w/ it though. Can I get the codes into PEP and out to PPENG?

What do I do? Are folks getting the 7500 to work w/ the Cisco RNG series STBs?
