The short answer is that you put those commands in the macro the same way you did with the other power on commands. You need to add a delay between powering on the devices and switching the inputs to give the TV time to power on.

The long answer is that the best way to do this depends on whether or not discrete inputs are available on your TV and discrete power is available on you sat box.
