Hello all knowing. I'm trying to get my Comcast DVR (DCT 3412 1) remote to control the volume of my brand new Sony Home Theatre system (DAV-HDX589W). I've tried programing every 5 digit code that comcast has for sony products at least 3 times now with no luck. I talk to sony support, they say it is comcast ... I talk to comcast, they say I need to get the codes from sony.
HELP!!!
