Never mind, I figured it out. I was using Daniel's PS3 config and I'm not sure what he's using but the PS3TF would not respond to anything (tried all four code sets). My fault, I ended up using the hex codes provided on the PS3TF website to program each key within the MX Editor. Worked like a charm.
