"Go on the MSC400 editor and click on the configuration for the controller. Set the primary ID to one of the original IDs. Dont use one of the new ones. Then click the Secondary box and set that RF ID to one of the old ID's, but make sure it is different from the Primary ID. Then on your MX950 editor go to the Program menu and pick RF Set. Click the receivers tab and set up your Default receiver to match the first RFID. Then click add receiver and set that one to the secondary RF ID. Now, for devices connected to ports 1 through 6 on the MX950, route them to the Primary ID ports 1 through 6 and for the devices connected to ports 7 through 12, you route those to the secondary RF ID ports 1 through 6 (ie port 7 would be 1 and port 12 would be 6)"

"Ok, with no responses yet I did some experimenting and found a work-around until I get any further info. As I thought might be the case, using a primary RF ID of 0x00 to 0x0F binds to emitters 1 to 6, while a different secondary RF ID of 0x00 to 0x0F binds to emitters 7 to 12. Then creating two separate receivers in the remote editor, flashers 1-6 of the primary ID map to 1-6 on the MSC, while flashers 1-6 of the secondary ID map to 7-12 on the MSC, respectively. Its a bit confusing, but it works."
But, how do I handle this in CCP, not MX-980 Editor? I have two legacy remotes (MX-350 and 850 -- the "before 2006" wide band models that, luckily, are recognized by my MSC-400). These, of course, have to be on RF IDs < 10 -- fine, they're only controlling IR on Ports 1 - 6.
But, the MX-980 has to control items on Ports 1 - 7. If I set the primary RF ID in CCP to > 10, then the 980 can control Port 7, but the 350/850 won't work. If I set primary ID in CCP to < 10, the 350/850 work great, but I can't choose Port 7 for the 980. Setting the second RF ID in the MSC to < 10 won't work with the 850/350. If I set the primary to < 10 and the secondary to > 10, the 850/350 works great, but the 980 still won't allow me to choose Port 7.
I can't add multiple receivers to CCP like I can to MX-980 Editor and pick which receiver and port I want to use for each device, can I--all I can do is pick a "primary receiver?"
Is this a deficiency in the current release of CCP and I still have to use MX-980 Editor, or am I missing something?
