I'm so grateful for this site! I was about to toss my TSU6000 when I discovered this thread and determined that the fuse was my problem.

BTW, I had no problem taking the DS apart -- I used the plastic tool for taking apart an ipod case -- worked like a charm and did no damage at all to the DS plastic. I just pried the tool under the DS joint at bottom to release the tab there then slipped in around both sides toward the top. It pries apart the bottom part of the DS so that the tabs release easily. I ordered new fuses from DigiKey and when they arrive my TSU6000 will be back in business.
