Lots of good sightseeing in Oregon. Depends on what you are into. Lots of pubs in Portland (which you are passing through). Coast has some awesome scenery. Some great wildlife viewing in the Cascades. Lift ride/lunch at Mt Bachelor in the summer is pretty cool. View from I-5 is OK, but there is better scenery if you take a longer route.
