Went through and tried all rs232 codes that I had.

DVD does indeed go to DVD
Blu Ray / HD DVD is another separate input so i'm still out of luck.
I am not a member at Yamaha PAD or whatever it is so, I can't check there either.

If you can't be good, be good at it.
