Hi, I just bought a new MX-850. I downloaded the MX-Editor program and began programming the remote. However, my PC is not recognizing the remote. The download message I keep getting is telling me either the port is incorrect or the cord is defective. I have tried two different USB patch cords, as the cord that came with the remote is a serial, my PC is acknowledging the cord and driver, I have tried all 8 com ports carefully matching them with the PC and editor program, still nothing.. I also tried this on another PC. If anyone has any words of wisdom, please share. Thanks!!!
