No it does not seem to referb. and it states software included. I have been reading some of the nevo threads and its not very reliable.

I really like the RC9800i but the tthreads indicate that it is not very easy to program, and also deos not have code for new equipment.
I also saw the RTI T2c looks great, but again need pro programming and its expensive.
