Here's what I need: Customer Service - I don't want to be on my own if the thing stops working or dies. Harmony has been good so far in that department.
Longevity - Harmony has not been that good for me in this area, but CS has made up for it.
Price - I'm not going to pay full boat for a remote unless you guarantee me 5 years of service, and then $200 might be the max unless I'm wow'd.
Programmable - This is a must and I don't want to go to warez sites to get the software.
Codes - Standard and descreet codes an absolute must.
