MX-700. Because it's PC programmable. That opens up a whole world of opportunity...discretes for macros, hard to find codes, easier to set up...
The setback to the 700 is that it doesn't do RF, to use RF you'd need to go up to the 800 or 850, however, you stated that you have nothing else in the house to control, so it'd be fine.
