Thanks for your input, Martin.
I actually have no problem manually dimming the lights by holding down the dim button. I wanted to put that in a macro (to have "scenes" run from the remote, basically). It worked on my old TSU1000, but doesn't work on the 7000 (and the 3000, presumably).
