I have an x10 appliance module to control my masking system and i had the same problems.
I would use the following code:
3
.1 delay
on
on
i reprogrammed several times but to no avail. I changes the code from the 3 command to 4, adjusted my appliance module accordingly and i am back in business. This is a PITA though, besides this the firmware upgrade has been flawless
