Unfortuantely there is no easier way tjlmbklr. To minimize the process as I have done make sure each letters worth of DVD cover images have their own set of pages. This provides for only having to jog one letters worth of DVD cover images down to add a given title, versus having to jog all DVD cover images down on all pages from that point down. Having something to use as a placement image as you jog covers down is also important, so that when you go from page to page in the remote the image placement remains consistent visually.
