and reworked everything. The file before downloading
first time into Pronto was about 5 mg. After
download/upload file size shows to be 2.6 mg.

You are using a TSU7000, correct? I use 256 color bitmaps throughout my pcf file and with the 16 limited megs available right now the file I've posted here does download to the remote. It's file size is dramatically larger than yours as you describe it. The file size you detail should not be an issue in any case if you are downloading to a TSU7000, irrespective of the fact that the size of your .pcf is not the size of the file downloaded to the remote. This will vary from .pcf to .pcf file.
