Ha! I've had this problem forever...It does suck...If you manage to get your Pronto working again, rest assured it will crap out again. It may take a week or a month, or maybe an hour, but it will go out again. If I just let my remote sit for a while, a day or two, it will just start working again, then eventually stop. I have tried all the tricks and hints recommended, upgraded and downgraded the firmware, everything. I have seen this on a total of four TSU3000s so far, including my own. Please, if you have this problem, post the serial # of your remote, I would be curious to see if there is any rhyme or reason for the problems we are experiencing.

Oh, and Elansix, PLEASE stop shouting. I know you are upset, so are we all, but I have noticed you have a habit of shouting (ie CAPITALIZING) your frustrations. This is not necessary, and rubs some people the wrong way...(I have been guilty of that in the past, I have learned my lesson...)
