I stand corrected. My philips rep corrected me lol.
"The network extender will in all cases be addressable, so we can have multiple network extenders in the network. The question was weather the individual IR ports also need to be addressable within the unit."
Yes we want it to be addressable!!!!!!!
Lets say you have 2 DSS boxes from the same manufacturer, Unless they are assigned the dss's wont know which one is being talked too.
