I have my ipronto working just fine at home using a linksys 802.11b wireless access point/router. here is my question: if i disconnect my cable modem from the router the ipronto can no longer communicate with my laptop via another linksys wireless pc card. i am not a computer guru and understand the ipronto can't sign on the web for its epg and internet capabilities but my goal is to be able to peform ipronto tweaks in the field by simply bringing my access point/router with me and not have to depend on a customer's home system. Some customers believe it or not; have bought the ipronto from me to simply use it as a remote and making changes in the field is a bit tricky. any ideas? Thanks. Brad
