I can not understand why some of you are having so much trouble programing or operating the i-pronto.I just finished programing one for a Honda dealership and it took about 4-5 hours. And I went all out. 16 tv's, 3 dvd players, 2 sat rec, 2 vcr's, and 2 Xantech RT-16-10. I have had no trouble with it since.
