I was a little confused by the "For best results..." message as I couldn't get the iPronto past that screen...
...however what it should say is "We won't let you update the firmware whilst running from battery power - make sure it's plugged in to the PSU!"
Once I plugged in the PSU it would happily go past the "For best results..." screen and update.
