The message you see on your screen indicates iPronto cannot connect to the Internet. You have to make sure your network settings are correct. Most times you have to enter/check proxy settings under 'Internet COnfiguration'
Proxy usage = Manual Proxy Host:Port (example proxy:8080)
Check all your network settings.
Other scenario The iPronto wants to update the software. Go to 'restore' in the manual. Set 'flag' for update to 'No'. Probably iPronto starts and you can set your network settings via the GUI. Start the Upgrade again.
