First I'm new to these forums so let me say Hello.

Well after reviewing all the threads here it seems some
are having my same problems. I have the latest updates first thing. Im using a custom CCF, custom bitmaps etc.

Here is the problem;
Regardless of how i set the Ipronto to wake back up
Power only
Power and Touch
Power and Touch and Shake

Also the time to turn off makes no difference
Also if it is being charged or unplugged makes no difference

Unplugged the battery, again makes no difference

none of these turn the unit back on.

ONLY the reset switch will turn it back on.

This is completely unacceptable, my client has been through 3 other learning remotes and he wants a large screen, and i don't want to have to go to a Crestron at its cost. The Ipronto is perfect for me if it will just turn on!
